6. We need a faster and more effective way to get direct results than two thirds of congress

voting, which will never get the job done because the Republican side doesn't want to deal with these kinds of crimes. A grand jury should be able to remove a member of Congress from office if they've made radical, threatening remarks, like using someone's photo for target practice which is a clear indication of intent. Twelve reasonable, intelligent men and women should be able to figure out that someone who does that isn't fit for office and needs to be retired back to private life, then sued for money to compensate victims.
