the Russian Army? While I ultimately agree that the intent was to break Twitter, I'm not sure who , in particular, was the chief benefactor. Russia, China, Saudia Arabia, and every anti-democratic country would benefit from a communication platform that provides instantreous news and commentary to a global population.
