I suppose the prosecution is keeping notes on the violations he's committing at every single rally he holds and daily on his social media of all of the conversation he is having that he shouldn't be having.

I'm thrilled that he's been indicted, glad to see the charges and hope that he will be swiftly tried, convicted and imprisoned. But he is being treated with kid gloves in a way that is showing the American people we are not all equal under the law. No other defendant in such high security cases would ever get away without at the very least, the strictest of gag orders and immediately be taken into custody for violating it. It's disappointing to see that he is being given privileges and allowed to do as he pleases while under indictment. What kind of respect for the law does that show?

This judge has a reputation for being tough on the January 6th defendants. I hope beyond hope that she will consider the situation and put him in custody until the trial, but at the very least, a gag order that would bring him into custody if he opens his pie hole and says "boo" would be an improvement over what we've got.
