Any attempts to play "gotcha" with Dubya's almost use of "conspiracy" is a total waste of time and energy and shows complete ignorance of the word's meaning.
No one who understands the meaning of the word would dispute that 9/11 was a conspiracy. Where the disagreement lies is in who the "evildoers" behind that particular conspiracy were.
Bush's "gaffe" was tantamount to his saying "Bible" instead of "Scripture" (or, heaven forbid, "country" instead of "Homeland."
