Janeane Garofalo & Sam Seder Look Back At The Insane Media Landscape Leading Up to the Iraq War [View all]
Janeane was one of the lone voices of sanity to get on the air in those days. It's easy to forget how insane things were MSNBC canned Donahue for Michael Savage, Dixie Chicks boycotts, Freedumb Fries, etc.
The antiwar movement was shut out, marginalized and intimidated and Janeane was quite brave in taking all of that on. She'll forever be one of my heroes:
