neutrality," yet the FCC is authorizing tiers of service. So, apparently, he's figured out some semantic loophole.

And, yes, the FCC will probably ignore the public. The telecommunications companies have lobbyists and mega-law firms attending rule making hearings. The public has cardboard signs, not even at the hearings. Besides that, Wheeler and most of the lawyers in the FCC are former lobbyists who will soon exit the revolving door. Do the math.
