It help if you KNOW you are the smartest man in the room - and as you say it so great - the real reason most republicans doesn't want to be in the same room - if not the same building - or maybe the same City as the President - they lack some in the departments indeed - and I guess some of them would have been better off in a mental institution than in the halls of power... They are scary to be honest - and I can not even understand why they was able to be elected again, after what they stated this time around....

I guess the Republican Party of your parents time - was far more sane than todays Republican Party - and I guess most people was crying when J. F Kennedy was killed - And he was not getting a even a small segments of the outright HATE the republicans is given the current President - JFK was a great president - and I would say he is maybe one of the greatest Presidents US had - before the current one - who also will go into the history books like a gigant - even if he is hated by the conservatives on a level I doubt any democratic or republican President have ever encountered.. After all - Kennedy also was killed - most posible by the right wings....

I think in fact - most hard-die republicans have lost their soul - to me it looks from what I do understand about the GOP - they have sold out their soul for some earthly gains - but the devil will always get his debt... And at least, they do not work for the better of the whole US - just for the few ones who really is important - in their wiews....

The History can learn us a lot - both of the great triumph of the human ability - but also of the worst of the worst about us as humans..
