Simone was involved in many shootings during his career, and was himself shot and almost killed. In his late fifties he jumped into the frozen Cuyahoga River and saved a woman's life.
Supercop always taped his actions so that no one could lie about what happened. He was even known to sue the people who lied about him.
In the Tamir Rice shooting, the dispatcher gave incomplete information to the police officers, so the dispatcher should take some blame. The officer estimated Rice's age to be 20, so to constantly refer to him as a 12-year-old is kind of misleading.
The policeman who shot Tamir Rice was following guidelines; so blame the guidelines, the dispatcher, the system, Rice's parents, and maybe even the kid who was pointing a realistic gun at people in a public place in broad daylight.
