But I meant to say employer as in management not employee as in worker. Its abundantly clear why workers would support unionization but I am yet to understand why an employer would be happy with union around. I guess productivity and happy workers are plus but worker productivity have been through the roofs even now even without unions.

So question is employer(management) not employee. I get those 2 confused a lot
