There is no way Manning has any credibility on this.

The trainer reported it as a sexual assault right after it happened when Manning was still in college. The witness Manning cited refused to back up his story and wrote a letter to him saying he needed to tell the truth. The university settled with the trainer for $300K. Manning signed a confidentiality agreement which he twice violated. The only reason this is still in the news cycle is because Manning can't seem to shut the fuck up about it.
