Concise in the case of the title omits important context to help evaluate whether to watch the video or not.

"even bigger" begs the question: bigger than what? How is this important?

I remember there being some controversy, but a sentence or two to recap would sell the video much better.

Text is so much faster to read than to watch videos, so I don't watch videos unless the poster cares enough to provide meaningful context and some indication of its relative importance.
