7. What about your media colleagues who enabled Trump to get to where is is, Mr. Stephens?

Can we somehow teach them a lesson, too?

I remember when Trump officially announced his candidacy. He paid people to come to where he made the announcement and it was a sparse group of people who were paid to hoot and holler and hold up Trump campaign signs. He never could have gotten to where he is today had the media not stooped to him every day, giving him free minute-by-minute coverage, giving him a pass on the outrageous things he said, not holding him accountable to the things he's been promising, and virtually ignoring his pathetic and hypocritical record as a businessman.

Had the media not been enablers to the degree they've been, Trump would not have drawn the attention and the votes that he's enjoyed so far.
