corporations that they can't even recognize it when they see it?

I wonder whether business schools are capable of teaching the analytical skills needed to managers. Maybe businessmen need more legal education than they are getting.

Especially on Wall Street and throughout the financial sector, the leadership just doesn't seem to understand how to recognize or prevent fraud. I'm beginning to think that this crisis may actually have to do with ignorance. What kind of legal advice are these characters getting? I wonder whether Bartiromo spoke to a lawyer about this case before giving her uneducated opinion on her show.
