I see the phenomenon, often several times a shift at my hospital job: Big tough bullies wearing their dull clothing, idiot shitkicker MAGA hat, usually spouting all sorts of tough talk, sporting half a dozen tattoos...
Then whimpering like a 4 year old when it's time to place an IV line.
I can just see this freak veritably wetting his drawers with childish fear, jerking with every attempt to hit a vein.
