911 call released from that Neurotic White lady in the Park psycho over Blacks Bar-B- Q ing

16. Guaranteed that these dispatchers get crank calls

and calls from addicts and others daily and this woman sounded like someone tripped out....which is why the dispatcher asked if she was "living in the park" because many drug addicts DO "live in parks" and just about anyplace they can find a bench to lay on. And since so many treatment facilities have closed or are full, it is difficult to help everyone who needs it and they are summarily dumped out on the streets.

So it was possible (from the dispatcher's POV) that this woman may have previously been in a facility and was recently released. I.e., she was not acting "normal" because she was behaving as if she were under some threat of physical harm or death from people bbqing in a park after she confronted and harassed them insisting that they leave and they refused.

Much of the cross-talk on the call was because she apparently "stole" something from a woman (I'm guessing one of the people bbqing) who was yelling at her in the background (a "card"? couldn't tell exactly what the woman was saying). The dispatcher even asked her multiple times who was talking in the background and "who was she with".... And... crocodile tears.
