(1 post)I am by no means a fan of the gas bag known as Bill O'Reilly. However, there is some confusion between what Mr. O'Reilly says at the end of this video and this sentence from the description of the video:
"You will love the ending when O'Reilly suggest what he is doing at Fox is NOBEL work."
The spelling NOBEL is that of any of six international prizes awarded annually for outstanding work in physics, chemistry, physiology or medicine, literature, economics (since 1969), and the promotion of peace.
Mr. O'Reilly used the word 'noble' which, first, is spelled and pronounced differently, and second, means having or showing fine personal qualities or high moral principles and ideals.
So, just to be clear, O'Reilly did not state or imply that he believes his work is worthy of a Nobel prize; he stated he believes his work reflects his alleged high moral principles and ideals.
