because he didn't like immigrants, Muslims, minorities, etc. And the more than 1/3 of eligible adults that didn't vote at all. If some were fooled by his populist rhetoric in 2016, they didn't have that excuse in 2020. Most will still be around in 2022 and 2024 etc.
