3. That's why I change my clocks, but not my schedule.

I sleep either 9 PM to 5 AM to 10 PM to 6 AM depending on if it's Daylight Savings or Standard, but I never lose and hour or gain an hour of sleep. Since I'm retired I can get away with that. Come the switch this weekend I set the clocks one hour ahead and start going to bed one hour later by the clock, but at the same time by my body's clock.
