But why do people buy off Amazon, then change their mind?

Not an experienced Amazon buyer, only ever bought one item and I really wanted it. So no returns from me.

eBay is my preferred online shopping conduit, though.
Never had to return anything.

I guess consumers need to think twice before buying anything on line.
