buckle down and get out of school ASAP. He uses the loans to live on and only takes the minimum classes to qualify. Now is a great time to graduate with so many jobs available - that is not always the case. In the 70's there were PHDs driving taxi because there were not many jobs available.

The best way to eliminate debt is not to get it in the first place.
