3. I'm glad to hear that they're considering a third dose.

I was a little nervous about the early reports about the lack of response in the 2-4 age range. However, upping the dose isn't a great option because that would push this out too far into the future - at the expense of any benefit of the lower dose. Hopefully three low dose shots will be the answer. And luckily we know that each low dose is safe, so it's entirely a matter of generating enough of an immune response.
