Public property is MY property.

No it's not.

They cannot just walk up and say papers please.

Nobody said that. But I can tell you that these jackasses who cause a disturbance or legitimate concern with their rifle cases... they are obligated to identify themselves. If they're trespassing, they must identify themselves.

If they refuse to leave or refuse any other lawful command... arrest their asses. Especially the repeat-offenders.

Please provide the name of the police department in this video.

I'm confident that anyone who relies so heavily on legal advice and guidance from Youtube will be able to find it very easily.

Also, anyone who actually WATCHED the video (or who was genuinely "curious&quot

would know that the frauditor identified where he was at the 00:24 second-mark in the video. Asking questions while pretending like the info is being "hidden" is ridiculous.
