So whose property is public property. I pay for it. I maintain it. I heat and cool it. Whose is it then? You think the police own it? The government owns it. WE OWN IT.

You have to arrest someone for breaking a LAW you can't just arrest people. I only have to ID if I break a law. You are very confused about police power. What police did to that black military officer at the gas station in NC was completely wrong and they lost their jobs. Police have NO authority over me until I break a law. They cannot order me around! I am not their puppy. We are not a fascist nation.

If you are trespassing on private property and the owner asks you to leave you must leave or be charged with trespass if you do not leave. If you leave you do not have to ID. The cop cannot ask the owner to trespass you.

Did not see that information at :24. It will be interesting to see if the charges stuck.
