7. Its possible we are seeing a holiday lull

We just had a three day weekend, very little reporting was happening. THat said, It may be peaking in the east, Conn, has declined, NY seems to be flat. But Houston just reported a rise in its wastewater surveilance, Texas has been rising for a month, maybe this wave is moving west.
