Beto just promised to change immigration law.

Somebody needs to tell him that Governors don’t change immigration law.

Congressmen might. Senators might.

But Governors don’t get to introduce legislation, or pass it, since all immigration law resides in Congress- not the Texas Governor.

Sorry, but those are the facts.

Now, I guess the (R)’s in Texas probably will believe him, because they aren’t smart enough to figure that out. Civics isn’t taught like it used to be- especially in Texas.
