it's "Democratic." it's the Democratic Party. Democrat is a noun. Democratic is the corresponding adjective and adverb. Using "Democrat" in place of "Democratic" (i.e. Democrat Party) was an attempted slur by our white nationalists across the aisle as a way to suggest the Democratic Party wasn't democratic. What this turn of the tongue actually did was make them sound like a bunch of uneducated rubes. My feeling is that we should avoid normalizing their ignorance.
