when the last time was in that they asked for rain etc. to be made and released over their fields.

Oh God, I am getting a headache from the stupidity and plain stupidness of these people. What do they do, feed upon each other's stupidity? If these people think we're able to do such things already in creating rain and such, we'd be doing far more than somehow 'punish' the state of Florida. Such as casting rain over deserts, etc., creating a green utopia.
