3. Asshole needs to be caught and his toys taken away permanently, at the least

Robbery is not a death penalty crime, not even armed robbery. You hand over the $$, they go away, and the video cameras allow the cops to track the robber down in a lot of cases and haul his sorry ass to jail to think his life choices over.

This joker was the type who's just itching to use that gun for its intended purpose, and that;s not shooting at paper targets. The robber was leaving the store. This was not justified by anything but rage, I don't care how stupid the laws in Texas are.
