proceed with indictments by summer, more than six months before next February's first primary. Which will then not stop the courts.

No election season can stop courts once the indictments are made. Campaign season has only been a norm for stopping investigations over issues of a conflict of interest.

Not this time. Not after the perfect "due process" the DOJ has afforded all plaintiffs to-date.
