The title of the video literally says "Cop defends citizen". That channel hits both sides, often ripping the auditor for being misinformed about the law. Also, most police auditors are very conservative but that doesn't mean they are wrong on this issue. They are educating the general public about their rights so they keep the cops on their toes and afraid to do things that are unconstitutional now.
