I think you're confusing what may appear to you as a general bias against police misfeasance here with what, in this case, is clearly an informative look at a cop's inexcusable and rogue action against a citizen. An action that could have ended in tragedy.

Actually, the video shows 2 out of 3 cops who behave rationally (even rates them as such!) and only one of the three who needs to be disciplined and closely watched by his superiors.
