2. The only way to rescind membership to any nation that is part of NATO

is for that nation to violate the NATO charter. Despite the disagreements that NATO has with Turkey (and Hungary to a lesser extent), they have not violated the charter. The opposition that Turkey is showing is to Sweden and they seem willing to approve Finland to join the group. While Sweden should also be in the organization, they aren't as vulnerable to Russian actions since they do not share a common border.
