5. I'd be fine with a gag order

with an escalating fine every time he mentions anything to do with his trial. It could make a significant dent in the national debt (kidding). Plus it would be very entertaining (for real).

If he's in jail he'll be a martyr to his crazies and unless there's a gag order too he'll just keep putting out inflammatory statements. If he's not jailed but has a gag order it will be completely his doing every time he violates it, which he will because he can't help himself.
