9. I am unaware of the Schmuck Meister being convicted of insurrection or sedition

Did I miss anything? None of the current charges include insurrection nor sedition. Also nobody so far have been convicted of insurrection. If ultimately the 14th Amendment is applied, the final decision will be the Supreme Court's.
