I give people paperwork to fill-out and they squawk. There are things we need to check and double-check. We have a form for patients to fill out before they undergo an MRI so we can make sure they're safe to go into a three million dollar magnet. They don't complete the questionnaire, they don't get the study, it's as simple as that.
