If someone is disrespectful to my staff, he gets thrown out of the clinic, usually by me.

If a patient is disrespectful, profane, or otherwise anti-social, and I agree to visit with him anyway, I usually have several hundred legitimate reasons to complete what I'm working on before going in to visit with him. While keeping him waiting may not improve his behavior, rewarding him for it definitely won't.
