Yeah, I don't trust people. I live in a community of mostly seniors and about 1/3 of them have some form of dementia. You think I'm eating anything they bring to a potluck? We hear all sorts of stories in here about how someone left something out for two days and then brought it or forgot to add the main ingedient or used salt instead of sugar...I could tell you some stories.

So now. Every year our neighborhood has a potluck and for some reason I'm always busy on that day
