(63,221 posts)138. I make something called "Chicken Divan"
It's not really something that I would usually make since I make most things from unprocessed ingredients, but it's really good. It's boneless chicken, broccoli and a sauce of Campbell's cream of chicken soup mixed w/ mayonnaise, sherry, lemon juice, a tiny bit of curry, salt, pepper and some grated cheese (cheddar or your choice), put in a casserole pan and bake. Some people put buttered bread crumbs on top.
It sounds kind of questionable, but it's really good, especially the 2nd or 3rd day.
