5. We don't do movies any more and have cut many other activities

so we decided that our one splurge would be DISH for MSNBC, Current and Freespeech TV.
When we had just the over the air channels, we seldom watched TV except for some PBS.
We are far enough removed from the stations that with the new digital situation we would only be able to get PBS here, so cable of some sort was needed.
