Certainly is indicative of some kind of infection, even if he is negative as far as the corona virus.

Especially working in a restaurant, definitely in the "stay home" zone, and consulting his physician in probably in his future.

I didn't feel that great after my flu shot last fall for a day or so, but I didn't hit 102.
