40. I'm doing a full turkey dinner just for me.

I got a 10 pound turkey last week, it's now thawing in the fridge. I prefer a whole turkey to a breast because the whole one is far more flavorful. Plus I like to fix the stuffing inside the bird, again more flavorful that way.

Mashed potatoes, gravy, peas as my sides. Depending on what the lines in front of the grocery store are like tomorrow, I might acquire some dessert. Here in New Mexico number of patrons inside any stores are limited, plus the local Target and one of our Albertson's grocery stores are both closed because of employees testing Covid positive. So the stores that are left are harder to get into than usual.
