20. Right, but the recent explosion of dog numbers is a fad

For some it's a fashion statement. You just didn't have every last college kid having to have a dog in years past. Now it's a must. Started with the Millennials a few years back, now it's into the next generation. And they almost all - 80-90 percent - unleash their dogs in the park. There is simply zero enforcement. They know they won't get a ticket, so they do it.

It's becoming a real problem. I've been attacked many times in the park by dogs, and now two days ago I was bitten by a nasty little lap dog that wasn't even off the leash- the owner just let the dog into my space, and it lashed out like a rattlesnake and got me on the back of the calf.

Other hobbies just don't end up with this violent horrible environment for everybody else.
