(28,631 posts)54. Was watching a cooking reality show, chefs had to make a dish to impress the
owner of a famous restaurant. Two or three of them used cauliflower and a judge said, "What is with these chefs and cauliflower?"
This is why I don't like restaurants. A cheap peasant root vegetable has no business on an expensive plate of swanky food.

Chop it in bite sized pieces, oil it heavily, sprinkle it with Greek seasoning or a garlic salt
