I went in to see if they had the kind of kitten kibble the boys like. No such luck. As I was wandering out I saw the cereal aisle and decided to buy a big box of Special K with Red Berries. Nights when I just don't have a specific appetite, I eat a bowl of cereal.

There was a young man in line, in front of me, just finishing what looked like a complicated purchase via a gift card. All of a sudden he told the clerk to add my cereal to his total! It took me a second to comprehend. His explanation was that I just looked like a good person. I thanked him profusely and vowed to pay it forward. He smiled.
