No stinky cheeses please, though. Wife would disagree strongly.
A sharp cheddar is nice. Even......gasp.....American for it's superior melting characteristics. I jest. Sort of.
Med rare is what I shoot for....but decent char on the outside (charcoal) and a little bloody is good enough.
How about BUNS?
Browned off with butter makes my day.....however you get there. I prefer a medium sized potato bun.
And the meat......? I'm lucky enough to raise most of what I eat. Anybody have any particular preferences?
