21. Not powder, but little pieces

If the chunks are about the size of cornmeal when you've finished grinding, they're good enough. Some people break up the bud with their fingers, but that coats them in resin. Grinding is much nicer. I bought a "Mendo Mulcher" for $20 last time I was in the Haight, and it works really well. They have little plastic ones that cost maybe $7.50, but the aluminum ones are better.
