26. Hot tea...no sugar, splash of non fat milk.

In a small mug x4 throughout the day.

If it is already warm when I wake up I will have a tall glass of
iced tea..half ice, no sugar, splash of non fat milk.

I prefer a black tea bag and maybe along with another non caffeinated flavoured
tea bag all steeping in boiling hot water.

P.S. for some reason coffee has an oily taste to me.
