Fentanyl is cheap shit plentiful synthetic garbage drugs ... and oxycodone is quality shit (but hard to actually get, which fetches top dollar).

Pretty much that simple. It's not 'lacing' it's 'substitution'.

And you never know how much fentanyl you're getting in some street-pressed tablet that looks like an Rx (known strength) tablet of oxycodone.
