Like OxyCodone, Heroin, Dilaudid, or even HydroCodone.

People use fentanyl because they're addicts, and fentanyl briefly relieves withdrawal symptoms, and it's the only choice many people have.

A fentanyl 'buzz' sucks, and the amount of respiratory depression (the part that kills you) is way high versus the euphoria it produces.

This leads to people re-dosing, trying to catch a decent buzz, or even just get out of withdrawals ... and that's what kills them.

Make no mistake, Fentanyl kills people because it SUCKS, not because it's 'a better buzz'. It's the exact opposite, in fact.
