72. Sort of

I have two in my office and several more in my studio. There's a piano in our living room and a small rig in the den. Several are in cases in a closet. It's a bit crazy!

Over the years, different projects came up and there would be something specific that I needed. Too often, I'd buy the instrument, use it then not really have any use for it later. But they're my instruments!

When I was a teenager, I met Dave Brubeck the jazz pianist and he gave me a tour of their home in Connecticut. I noticed that they had keyboards around the house. I ask abut it and Dave laughed and said that when their kids were young, they didn't want any of them to say they couldn't practice because someone else was on the piano. Ever since, I've wanted to emulate that even though I don't have several kids who need to practice!

I also have a collection of original posters from Broadway shows, (40 or so) . I'm going to have to sell those this year as they take up too much space.
